If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If Royal Mail classifies the parcel as lost, we will replace or refund the order.

Royal Mail only considers a parcel lost after:

10 working days (Tracked 24/48)

5 working days (Special Delivery)

Returns Due to Non-Collection

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery was refused, we can resend it additional postage charges may apply.
