We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused.

In the original condition.

With all tags, labels and packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@finkgolfwear.com with:

Your order number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for return.

We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) to ensure the item reaches us safely.

We cannot refund items lost in transit without proof of postage.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us first.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days(bank processing times may vary).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund including postage.

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Worn items.

Gift cards.

Final sale/clearance items (if stated at checkout).

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

Check your bank account.

Contact your bank or card issuer.

If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist further.
